At Charlotte Premier Sports League (CPSL), we believe that great coaches don't just teach plays—they build leaders. With the massive growth of youth sports across the Queen City, we are looking for passionate, dedicated leaders to guide the next generation of athletes.

Whether you are a seasoned strategist, a former athlete, or a parent who accidentally volunteered because you yelled "Good job!" too loudly from the sidelines, we provide the ultimate platform and resources to help you make a lasting impact.

Our Coaching Standards & Culture

Before you grab your whistle, there are two major league pillars we hold close to our hearts:

Safety First (The Background Check): To protect our families and maintain the highest standard of safety, all CPSL coaches are strictly required to submit and pass a comprehensive background check, which is fully provided and paid for by the league.

• The CPSL Vibe (High Competition, Zero Drama): We love to win, but we love character more. We expect our coaches to live by our Coaches Code of Conduct. Our goal is to harvest intense, high-energy competition on the field while strictly maintaining a positive, family-friendly atmosphere on the sidelines. We cheer loud, we compete hard, and we treat officials, opponents, and parents with absolute respect. (Save the championship-game meltdown for your living room!).
  

NFL Flag Football

Join one of the largest flag football network in Charlotte! Lead co-ed or all-boys and all-girls teams ranging from foundational 6U brackets up to highly competitive high school divisions.

• Locations: Thomas McAlister Winget Park (Steele Creek, Charlotte).
  
• What you get: Official NFL Flag playbooks and coaching tools, and a "Good Job Coach!" from your young athletes. 
  

Be part of our exciting new expansion as we bring the official youth soccer program of Major League Soccer to North Mecklenburg! Help players learn the global game while repping authentic MLS club colors.

• Locations: Francis Bradley Middle School (Huntersville, NC).
• What you get: MLS GO certified training curricula, specialized soccer equipment, and coach apparel.
