Our referees and game-day officials are the backbone of Charlotte Premier Sports League, ensuring a safe, fair, and highly competitive environment for our athletes, coaches, and spectators.

As we expand our footprint across flag football and youth soccer in the Charlotte and Huntersville areas, we are seeking sharp, professional, and reliable officials who love the game and command respect on the turf.

What We Look For in Our Officials

• Game-Day Command: The ability to confidently manage the flow of the game, enforce league rules accurately, and maintain a safe environment for all ages (4 to 18).
  
• Professionalism & Integrity: We hold our officials to the highest standards of punctuality, neutral judgment, and respectful communication with coaches and parents.
• Passion for Safety: A sharp eye for fair play and player safety, keeping the environment positive and educational for our younger divisions while keeping it competitive for our older brackets.
